Privacy Policy

PostFlight (getpostflight.com) is currently a pre-launch waitlist page with one interactive demo. This policy explains exactly what happens with your data on this site today. It will be expanded when the full product launches.

What we collect

Waitlist signup. If you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you provide. It's stored by our email provider, MailerLite, and used only to email you about PostFlight (e.g. when the beta opens). We don't sell or share it with anyone else.
The live recipe-import demo. If you paste a URL into the "Read my recipe" demo, our server fetches that public page to show you what PostFlight would import. The URL you paste — and whether the read succeeded — is logged on our server. We use these logs only to see which real websites the importer does and doesn't handle well, so we can improve it. We don't log the demo purely to collect URLs, and we don't attach it to your identity.
Standard hosting logs. Like virtually every website, our host (Vercel) automatically logs basic technical data such as IP address and browser type for security and reliability. We don't use this for tracking or marketing.
Anonymous page analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page visits — it's cookieless, doesn't identify you, and doesn't follow you across other sites. We use it only to understand aggregate traffic (e.g. how many people visited and from roughly where).

What we don't do

No ad trackers, no cross-site tracking, no cookies.
No selling or renting your email address to anyone.
No use of your pasted demo URLs for anything beyond improving the importer.

Third parties we use

MailerLite — stores your email if you join the waitlist and sends our emails. Their privacy policy.

Vercel — hosts this site, runs the demo's server function, and provides the cookieless page analytics. Their privacy policy.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from any PostFlight email at any time using the link in the email footer. To have your waitlist email removed entirely, or to ask any question about this policy, just email us.

When PostFlight launches

Once the full product is live, this policy will be replaced with a complete one covering account data, recipe content you import, and any integrations (like MailerLite or Pinterest) you connect. We'll note the update date at the top when that happens.
